MyBallet Academy aims to provide an equal opportunity for all to discover, demonstrate and develop their abilities in the field of dance.

Through our classes we aim to offer the community the opportunity to partake in classes that offer a disciplined, inspirational and creative experience. We strive for excellence by teaching in a positive working environment.

Our focus is always to encourage and celebrate. We have many opportunities to do this through dance – but we also aim for a wider understanding of achievement, as we hope to develop personal, social and precious life skills in our young people.

We aim to educate all in the philosophy of ballet as art, with equal emphasis on the technique, creative process and the product.

MyBallet Academy is dedicated to inspiring and motivating staff into lifelong learning too. Our teachers are experienced and highly qualified. They meet regularly to share ideas for the benefit of the school and all our students. They are also encouraged to participate in CPD training.

MyBallet Academy was created to give children the opportunity to explore their interest in dance beyond school, and has grown considerably, in response to demand from the local community.
